If necessary, we will install safety rails to ensure a secure working environment. We will also coordinate with professionals to have any solar hot water or solar panels safely removed before the roof replacement.

We will arrange the delivery of the selected roof materials to your property, ensuring that everything is ready for the installation process.

Our experienced roofers will begin by removing the old roofing materials from your property. They will then inspect the roof battens, replacing any that do not meet Australian Standards. Roof tie downs will also be inspected and replaced if necessary. Next, our team will install the new sheeting, ensuring proper sealing of all joints to ensure a watertight roof.

If required, we will replace fascia and gutters to enhance the overall functionality and appearance of your roof. After the installation is complete, we will thoroughly clean the roof and guttering to leave your property in pristine condition.

We take care of removing and disposing of all old roofing materials and rubbish, leaving your property clutter-free and clean.

We will coordinate with professionals to have any solar hot water or solar panels professionally re-installed if they were removed during the roof replacement process.

If safety rails were used, we will remove them, ensuring that your property returns to its original state.
